What is Self Hypnosis Techniques ?
Self hypnosis techniques or hypnosis, as we all know it is a step into a realm of new form of concentration. This can be made through coursing someone to it, through the injection of some form of chemical substance into the patient’s body, thus gaining the ability of controlling his mental status, or through self. Self hypnosis thus is giving oneself some form of state of the mind which is similar to a trance. There are some few steps that one needs to follow so as to be in this state. They are not hard steps and do not require any form of external ingestion or help.
How to use Self Hypnosis Techniques
First of all, you will need complete quietness. You will need to go to a room whereby you are all on your own. You are to make sure that there is no form of disturbance around you,
and that the room does not create some form of disruption of your concentration.
Next, while gaining a comfortable position, close your eyes and find a way to get rid of all emotions that may disturb the mind. Such emotions as fear, anxiety and excitement cannot make one go through this. Whenever you feel that the emotion is still present, do your best not to force it out. Instead, give it a thought or two, and then let it slide off your mind.
Now we will have to get rid of any tension in your body. Beginning with the toes, visualize the tension leave. This happens as you work your way from down the body to the upper area of the body. Using soothing water, imagine it rushing through your body as it rids you of any form of tension. This is the main cause of this whole process not working out for you. When you achieve this, you will have little to do.
Taking deep and slow breaths, visualize the air getting into your system and being exhaled as a form of energy. Now imagine that you are at the top of a staircase, with ten stairs. Walk down these stairs slowly and calm, making sure that you count every step as you walk. At the fifth step, get into the water. As each number goes, you get deeper and deeper into the water. From fifth to the forth, start imagining the water rise up our body, until you are totally immersed into the water.

At this point, you should feel numb, and at a state in which you will want to address some of the issues that you are having. This is a point which in purity and clear focus, you are addressing yourself as courageous, able to face the world and able to conquer all. After you have done this as many times as you wish, start climbing back up the stairs. Slowly by slowly, make sure that you do not just reappear. There is no hurry. Walk through this and emerge out of the water one foot at a time.
Once out of the water, give yourself some time before opening your eyes.
